The Stressed College Student

Dear Diary,

Today I learned that it is best to recharge and renew the relationship with yourself. A very good friend of mine told me that you should be your own best friend.

And so, on that note, I need to do whatever I can to get back to myself. I attach myself to God, Music, and art to help cope with stress, breakups, and just for alone time. Loneliness is an opportunity to bond with yourself.


My dearest readers, cherish alone time. Appreciate your surroundings. Cry if you need to cry and don’t be so hard on yourself. You can handle it! You can do it! Whatever you are going through, there is always an alternative.

Pray, Meditate, Read, Explore, Create, and Accomplish something to understand what you need, crave, and discover more about who you are. Love yourself. There is only one you, so why not love the you that you are? 🌹
